GETTING STARTED IS AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!

Print and fill out the Service Agreement, and fax to AFMA at (602) 252-9021
Print and fill out the Standard Questionnaire, and fax to RPR at (888) 302-8952
Upon receipt of your completed Questionnaire, RPR will send you a copy of your Coupon Shipping Manifest, which includes your pre-printed store information and shipping instructions.

We are only able to accept coupons in any amount from retailers that currently have a presence in the state of Arizona. Chains with stores in Arizona ARE accepted as independent retailers doing business in the state of Arizona.

AFMA has chosen RPR for the processing of coupons. RPR has partnered with Phoenix Global Data LLC for the actual processing of the coupons. RPR will continue to provide customer service for all your needs.

AFMA chose the whole team of RPR & Phoenix Global Data LLC because their entire process is totally auditable and in compliance with Industry Guidelines.

Retailers are not charged for unpaid postage and no additional fees are assessed. When manufactures and or their agents do not pay, RPR takes action! RPR will challenge any coupon adjustment and try to minimize the retailer’s time and efforts.
